Thanks for stopping by, I’m looking forward to working with you and I know it’s going to be ah-some!  Here’s the goods about me, I’m NJ Stevenson a custom photographer serving Dallas and surrounding areas,  I’ve been around the camera for over 30 years. I started in front of it with modeling and found that my true passion was on the other side of the camera. I worked as a photographer’s assistant before digital medium became popular, this allowed me to get some darkroom experience, fall in love with photography and stirred my creativity. Now I’ve joined the digital age and I just love it!  

I started my digital journey as an event photographer and had a blast; today I’ve expanded that love to portraits, headshots, model portfolios, small weddings, events, lifestyle sessions, stock photography  and helping new photographers build their portfolio.

I bring experience, creativity and fun to our time together so get ready to have a great time and all of my packages include unlimited captures during our time together. My goal is not to do what’s called “spray and pray” and produce a CD that has a thousand images on it…..quantity is good but quality with quantity is better.    

I love the intimacy of small weddings and meetings ; something magical just seems to happen and I look forward to being your photographer at your wedding, bridal shower, engagement party, family event, party, business meeting, meet-ups or church event etc.

 And a few more tidbits about me…Shhhh
-I love ice cream and have declared it a food group
-I don’t watch much TV
-I have a “learn something new everyday” goal since I was a child 
-I love eyes. Yes, I love beautiful eyes!
-I love painting acrylic abstracts on canvas
-I am a iPhoneographer. Camera+ is my favorite app!
-I have to create something. Pictures,  paintings, poetry, writings, food etc. It’s just in me!
